WHAT THESE COURSES WILL DO FOR YOU
Swamphen Enterprises courses will take you through the process of deciding where to apply for your first engineering job, how to write a good CV and application form. We will then look at what to expect at your assessment centre, covering tasks, interviews, presentation and group tasks. A whole section is dedicated to the difficult, but learnable, skill of doing competency based interviews.
Courses are split into different topics and sub-divided to give you a structured journey with downloadable workbooks.
I have a lot of experience selecting candidates for interview and interviewing people for their first engineering job. I have interviewed for apprentice, year in industry, summer placement and graduate roles alongside experienced roles. For many years I was the co-ordinator for a graduate scheme, so was also responsible for selecting candidates to interview on the basis of their application form.
You can buy the Early Career courses as series. When you buy a course you get an email with the link and password to the course. All you need to do is go to the relevant web page and type in the password. You will then have unlimited access to the course for one month. There is no prior knowledge required for these courses.
